Terms of use

Plain-language summary. Have this reviewed by a lawyer before launch.

Your stories and photos belong to you

You keep all rights to the stories and photos you publish. By publishing, you give Trailtold permission to display them on the site and in link previews, and to show them to readers. You can edit or delete your stories at any time.

What you can publish

Only publish content you wrote or took yourself, or have the right to share. Do not publish spam, advertising, hateful or harassing content, anything illegal, or anyone's private information.

Moderation

Anyone can report a story. We can hide or remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

Public by design

Published stories and the photos inside them are public and can be seen by anyone with the link. Do not upload anything private.

No warranty

Trailtold is provided as is. Travel stories are personal experiences, not professional advice. Check official sources before you travel.
